Return Process

  Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization code.

  Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring the Return Authorization code is clearly written on the outside of the box.

  Ship the Items

  Send your package back to our distribution center using a tracked shipping service to ensure safe delivery and proof of postage.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
